ngic new construction: another new home built in Crozet - 06/09/10 11:07 AM

As many of my clients and readers know, I love new construction!

We just finished another new construction in Charlottesville and my clients are very excited to move in.
If you watch my blog(s) you know that I do a lot of new constuction in our area. This is the same home that I recently showed while under construction (see next photo).

It is exciting to see a home built from a lot all the way to completion!

ngic new construction: New Constuction Buyers Agent - Charlottesville Real Estate (progess of home) - 08/24/09 01:57 PM

My clients know that I am the buyers agent in the Charlottesville Real Estate market to work with if they are considering new construction. I recently stopped by one of my projects with a Northern Virginia cleint and the progress looks great!
We are well into the drywall phase and are looking for completion soon.
