Greene County is just North of Charlottesville and offers beautiful properties at great prices. Greene County is an excellent choice for clients moving to NGIC. See NGIC Real Estate I recently compared the cost of new construction from Greene to Albemarle and was shocked at the difference (my clients are made aware of these comparisons).
