I recently did a post about sales in Albemarle County: Albemarle - What are the sales? Well I got an email asking about the details for the City of Charlottesville. So using the same format here are the details for Real Estate sales in Charlottesville:

Keeping things in perspective is so important when looking at market data. Here is a look at the last 3 months of sales and I added in June of last year.

I love new construction. The whole process, from breaking ground to handing my clients the key at closing. Many agents do not really enjoy new construction because it can take 9 months to a year (or longer) to get to the closing table. But it is the process that I really enjoy, not the closing...
