rental in charlottesville: Rent vs Buy - the perfect answer... - 09/05/09 07:47 PM

Today I was talking with a woman who is relocating to Charlottesville and is looking for a Rental. I asked the question: why are you looking to rent vs buy? She had the Perfect answer: I will only be living in Charlottesville for about 2 years Bravo!!! Imagine if more people had this answer 3 years ago.... our country may not be in the current mess.
