I had a client snap this photo of me showing homes from last Winter (yes winter, I can tell because I had 2 shirts on).
Well, I had to chuckle when he said this is you showing Homes to us.

So what the heck am I pointing out in this photo?
Is it the open space or a place to jump off to the first floor?
I think we were just having a little fun seeing Charlottesville Real Estate, which is always a lot of fun!

There is a Realtor Association meeting this morning at CAAR but I will be missing it. You see, this morning I am off to show homes in the county which is a lot more fun!
Seeing our area with new clients is always enjoyable. I get to rediscover why I love this area so much. A really great job :) There is always a lot to do regarding real estate, seems like I rarely have a blank day on my calendar! Yesterday was all about showing Charlottesville Real Estate. After meeting my clients we were able to see all the homes on our list by about 5:30pm.
Showing our area is always a pleasure and there are always surprises! One thing is never a surprise…. “The sun always sets” and tomorrow is another day!
So here it is tomorrow and we have another set of homes to visit. There will be a couple of Surprises!

When I took off to show Real Estate this is the view of Garth Road just after I leave my home.
Pay close attention to the "traffic" !!!
