Buying into Baltimore - $4000 Homebuying Incentive Event

Buying into Baltimore is a home buying event, those who participate can qualify for $4000 in homebuying incentives to buy a home anywhere in the City of Baltimore.  Every year there are two events, a spring/summer event and a fall event.  That's two opportunities to qualify for that $4000 incentive to help you buy a home. 

At the event, homebuyers can take narrated bus tours of homes and neighborhoods (attendees may also drive themselves), sit in on homebuying workshops, speak with trusted real estate professionals and community organizations, and get local perspectives from neighborhood associations and neighbors to help with their homebuying decisions.  If you decide to drive yourself you'll be provided with a map and a list of properties that will be held open especially for this event. 

The next Buying into Baltimore event is being held on June 15, 2013 - if you preregister the cost is $10 per person or $15 per person on the day of the event.  You can preregister here.

8:30am - 1pm Check in & registration

9am - 10am Homebuying workshops (we will post workshop topics closer to the event day!)

9am - 1pm City Living Fair: talk with real estate agents, lenders, neighborhood associations, Baltimore City Department of Housing, and many other community groups

10am - 11am Homebuying workshop

11am - 12pm Homebuying workshops

11am - 2pm Food trucks onsite for lunch!

12pm - 1pm Sign up for narrated bus tour

12pm - 2pm Pick up the self-drive tour directions

1pm Narrated bus tour departures at 1pm, tours take about 2 hours

12pm - 4pm Self-drive tours, houses will be open from 12pm to 4pm
