Dick and Jane own their own home and have excellent credit, well they did have excellent credit. They have always been responsible and paid their bills on time and scrimped and saved to do anything they wanted. The market remains fairly stable despite record low interest rates and improvements in the stock market. The number of new listings has remained stable we are still seeing a similar number of homes going under contract and settling. I'm surprised I'm not seeing more individuals making the decision to buy with so many great deals available. The school year is coming to a close so hopefully, people will be on the move before the end of summer. In Maryland we are experiencing some hiccups with Sentrilock and I'm sure it is across the country. This morning we couldn't update our cards and upon checking their website I found that Cincinnati, Ohio which is home to SentriLock's headquarters has experienced widespread damage from hurricane force winds on Sunday, Sept 14 and is causing a disruption in service from internet and phone provider Time Warner Cable. Sentrilock is currently unable to receive phone calls, and customers with older versions of the card utility software are unable to renew their cards.
