Coming Soon - Hanlon Neighborhood Fixer Upper
2426 N. Ellamont St, Baltimore, MD 21216
This REO property is perfect for a FHA 203K or other renovation loan or investor.  The home was updated at some point in the past and was once a 4 bedroom home, a wall was removed so it has a huge master bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms.
You'll enter the home from the covered front porch into an entrance foyer then either into a large living room or through to a large kitchen.  There is a formal dining room to the rear of the living room.  It's unknown if there … (7 comments)

Buying a Fixer Upper with a FHA 203K Loan - The Basics
Have you been thinking about buying a house but you can't find anything that you like?  Have all the houses you look at, in your price range, fallen short of your expectations?
