B-Hip - Baltimore Homeownership Incentive Program
The mayor of Baltimore, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and her staff have reorganized the incentive programs to make it more attractive for homebuyers to buy in Baltimore City.  There are many incentive programs tailor made for everyone!  The new programs are part of a program called B-Hip - Baltimore Homeownership Incentive Program.
Here they are:
V2V $10,000 Homeownership Program -

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending an informational breakfast hosted by Wells Fargo and Neighborhood Housing Services about this great home ownership program that is going to be unveiled in the City of Baltimore on January 2, 2013.
