Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!! Even after the bailout was agreed upon the stock market continues to take a beating. This week we've seen more of the same upheavle in the financial market that home buyer's and seller's alike seem to be paralyzed by fear. Do we try to sell our house? Do we try to hold on? Do we buy now or wait? So many choices to choose from. Thoughts are straying to Halloween and the holidays after that. The market remains fairly stable with some increases in sales with the drops in interest rates, and a few more buyers searching for their first or … (0 comments)

This week we've seen so much upheavle in the financial market that home buyer's and seller's alike seem to be paralyzed by fear. Do we try to sell our house? Do we try to hold on? According to Associated press 30-year mortgages fall to 5.48%, lowest level in four years.
1324 homes sold in Maryland in January 2008. These buyers realize that market conditions are great, interest rates are great and prices have stabilized.
193 homes have sold in Baltimore County in January 1, 2008.
148 homes have sold in Anne Arundel County in January 1, 2008 (close to Ft. Meade and Annapolis Naval Station)
190 homes have sold in Baltimore City since January 1, 2008 (convenient to Ft. Meade, Annapolis Naval Station, Aberdeen Proving Ground and commutable to Washington DC)
