Meatloaf has always been one of my favorite meals and I'm always looking for a new way to make it. I altered a recipe I found for meatloaf tonight for dinner tonight. It turned out great, my family loved it and we all ate too much!! I thought I'd share this recipe with everyone.
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp dried basil
1/2 c bread crumbs (I used seasoned italian bread crumbs)
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
