I got a call yesterday about this new program for Real Estate Advocates and I took part in the conference call but I'm just not sure this is for me. The cost is $3900 and they say they give it back to you on referral fees but what if you never get any referrals? Market placements are for about 150000, so in Baltimore there are going to be 5 Real Estate Experts. The conference call was really vague and salesy. Does anyone participate in this program?
