Effective January 2009, Baltimore City residents will be able to recycle MORE items. So fill up a recycle bin or two or MORE! Remember, if we all do our part, one person at a time and one home at a time; together as a City we can make a difference. An associate of mine referred me to a great website the other day and I thought I would share it with you.

Terracyle is a great organization that recycles and reuses many items that we currently cart to the landfill. I was inspired to write this blog by an other ActiveRainer. In Baltimore we are blessed with several locations where you can buy recycled building materials, remixed paint, recycled cabinets, recycled counter tops, recycled hardware, recycled floors and the list goes on. And, yes, you can build an entire house from found materials.
