I got a new listing a couple weeks ago.  It's a gorgeous 4 bedroom single family detached home on almost a third of an acre lot. 
My client asked me if it would make a difference if it was staged or not.  The house is nice but with so many homes on the market to compete with it I suggested that they consider at least light staging.
