Has the market turned upward in Northwest Austin?
Over the course of the past 2 1/2 years, the neighborhood that I live in and "farm" has experienced a downward shift in property values - to the tune of about a 13% decline. Located in the heart of northwest Austin, the newer homes in the Spicewood At Bull Creek subdivision are considered to be at the top of the market for the homes that feed into Westwood High School. Sellers that have to sell because life circumstances have forced them to have been frustrated with the reality of what this market … (3 comments)
