EARTHQUAKE STREET FESTIVAL: This unique celebration in honor of Winters earthquake of 1892, combines the Harvest Festival and Farmer's Market. First started in 1991, this event is enjoyed by adults and children alike. Starting at 4:00p.m. the communtiy enjoys local family entertainment with food and craft booths offered through out the evening.
