I'm fessing up.  Last night I sat through a 3 hour court ordered defensive driving class.  My offense?  No I was not driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  I was speeding while distracted.  Actually the ticket was for speeding, but the cause of my speeding was because I was distracted by:

The Big Payback: $7500 Taxpayer Credit....It's Time to Pay Up
Well the time has finally come for the Taypayer credit recipients to payback that $7500 incentive.
Not everyone has to pay that money back though.  Apparently only those who received the credit during the period of April 1, 2008 through July 1, 2009 will have to pay back the funds used to make their home purchase possible (or at least served as an incentive to buy).

To be honest with you, I didn't want to read the 2 preview chapters of Surviving My Serengeti and when I downloaded it and read a few paragraphs, I was sure that my "lack of" desire was warranted, but I read on.

For the life of me, I could not figure out which menu item to choose that would instruct me on how to set up SMS signatures on my Blackberry phone.  It's always been pretty simple with other phones.  But nooooooo, not with the Blackberry.
With the Blackberry, you have to trick your phone by pretending to misspell a word or use a code of some sort, then hit the space bar and your signature will magically appear.  I wanted my signature to read:

I understand that @XXXX has some significance when being used on Twitter.  What that significance is, I can honestly say that I don't have a clue.  What I think I know is that the @ is supposed to precede one's Twitter ID or username.

With a name like Cadenhead, I have come to expect the pronounciation to be butchered (especially if I am on the telephone).  I just have to laugh at the way people butcher my name.
For the record, it's pronunced K-den-head.  That's simple enough right?  But even when people look at Cadenhead on paper, I still get called names such as these:

K-duh-head (as in Duh?)
Cake-head (that's how one of my daughter's childhood friends use to say it.  It was too funny.
