OK- let's get organized. If you do not have some of these tools, it is time to step up to the plate and purchase the RE Biz tools you need. The consumers are driving the market. Where are they? According to Nar, 90% of consumers are online. Over 50% of the transactions have been with first time buyers - they are tech savvy and mobile.

The next question we need to address is, "What new skill have I learned today?"
In order to accomplish this great habit of lifelong learning, think about the skills you need to learn to be successful in this market; then make a list of what you need to know.
Sample list:
• How to negotiate? (Over the past several years that became a lost art- we only had to ask, how much over asking price do you want to spend.)
• How do I handle selling foreclosures and REOs? (Essential today!)
• How do I syndicate my listings?

We have been discussing preparing a postcard, letter or e-card to thank our customers, past clients, sphere, etc. over the Thanksgiving holiday for their support. Many of you would prefer to send out an E-card or email rather than mail something and incur the printing expense and postage. There is one obstacle however, because some of you do not have a database organized.
