We have been discussing preparing a postcard, letter or e-card to thank our customers, past clients, sphere, etc. over the Thanksgiving holiday for their support. Many of you would prefer to send out an E-card or email rather than mail something and incur the printing expense and postage. There is one obstacle however, because some of you do not have a database organized. You can use Outlook. But, you really need a CRM customer relationship management system- not only to send out a Thanksgiving card, but to stay in touch with a large database throughout the year. There are many to
