With all of the distressing news we really need to be the bright lights in the marketplace. This has been discussed before. It is merely a reminder, as more agents (and their sellers) endure higher levels of frustration than we have seen in awhile. We need to be alert for local information that is encouraging. The national figures don't always apply. (Localism!)
