Many agents dislike the fact that this time of year, their managers ask them to develop a plan to give them a rough idea of their numbers for next year, so they can budget.  Many managers really take the time to review their agents' plans and help them establish worthy goals and an action plan to accomplish those goals.  On the other hand, there are many, many agents who don't have a plan. Real Estate has been a passion of mine since I got into the business 32 years ago. While I have been an agent and broker/manager, I especially like the training aspect of the business.  The reason is that real estate professionals are simply great. Not everyone can handle this career. It takes a unique person to be very successful in this business. You need to be tough enough to get the job done, but sensitive enough to listen to what people are saying and NOT saying.
