real estate base camp: Something new at Real Estate Base Camp - 10/20/09 02:23 PM
Since I started Base Camp about 1 ½ years ago and have been teaching live classes, I have noticed a real need for some tools to help agents organize their business. When we discuss business planning in class, only about 1/4 - 1/3 of the agents in class have written business plans. Of those agents who do have plans, only about 50% of those agents have broken down their plans into how many prospects they need to accomplish their financial goals. Many agents stop their planning at how much money they want to make and how many transactions they need. On

real estate base camp: I was born to train... - 07/30/08 05:59 PM
Real Estate has been a passion of mine since I got into the business 32 years ago. While I have been an agent and broker/manager, I especially like the training aspect of the business. The reason is that real estate professionals are simply great. Not everyone can handle this career. It takes a unique person to be very successful in this business. You need to be tough enough to get the job done, but sensitive enough to listen to what people are saying and NOT saying. Not everyone has the opportunity in life to find what they absolutely love to do
