I had the opportunity to present classes at the IBA (Independent Broker's Association) Educational Conference and Trade Show a few days ago. It was one of the rare, perfectly sunny days in Seattle: the sky was blue, the water sparkled, and it was almost 70 degrees.  It might have been difficult to be in class all day, except the classes were held on one of the Argosy Cruise Ships. The Expert Panel, sponsored by the Seattle King County Association of Realtors, was a huge success.

 The panelists provided so many great marketing ideas.  Here are some of the highlights by the panel members:

Seattle King County Association of Realtors and Real Estate Base Camp sponsored another great panel, featuring Matt Heinz (Pres. of Heinz Marketing), Rhonda Porter (CMPS and top producer for Mortgage Master) and David Gibbons (Dir, of Community Relations for Zillow).
