HAWAII OPEN HOUSES (RULES WHILE ATTENDING) - 04/30/07 05:48 PM
Open Houses in Hawaii are a given. We market the property through advertising in the newspaper for our Open Houses and everyone (from buyer's to neighbors to people who are thinking of selling their home in the same area) attend these Sunday events! Yup...Sunday events!
Buyer's can use Open House's as part of their home search (along with the private appointments your realtor sets up) so following are some guidelines (I call these the lucky seven) for buyer's while at an Open House:

When my daughter was about 10 years old I received a Mother's Day card from her. On the cover is said, "Mom, if I could give you the world I would". (that would be some miracle huh?) Every occasion where she would give me a card I JUST KNEW she had to have spent quite awhile looking over all the wording...in all the cards.... to give me "that special one" where she knew I would cry. And it would mean something good.
"Meaningful words". I have always been a lush for "meaningful words".

I believe everyone has some kind of spiritual sense of being and for me it is working on self from the inside out. I bought one of his best selling books "The Art of Happiness" and to this day have not read the whole thing. Don't you think this is a time for peace and compassion? (Well, I do. And I believe it is about time to take my book out again)

UPDATE! Shadow doing better! - 04/25/07 12:12 AM
I wrote this whole thing out and lost it...now I had to do it again. I thought I would just post as a group post only and get a response....Hmmmm...
I am feeling very down today. My doggie Shadow is very sick. (she doesn't act it though!) She went to the groomers last week and came home stressed out and urinated pure blood. Rushed her to the vet. Many blood tests sent to the mainland. Just got the results. He blood platlets are supposed to be between 125 to 200 and hers are 24! We take her back tomorrow for a follow … (53 comments)

We bought my husband's gramma a pc a couple of years ago and shipped it to Pennsylvania....she has surely made use of it with her friends's and family to trade and write emails. This is from Gary's Gramma Verda....hope you all enjoy!

2) Get the fastest internet service provider there is. (my husband just got us "Turbo Roadrunner "....and I just "know" it's faster because it's $10.00 more per month!)
