FIRST IMPRESSION of a Mililani Real Estate Agent Leads to A Successful Closing - 04/01/12 10:56 AM
Over a year ago this Mililani Real Estate Agent received a phone call from a potential Mililani Home Seller who wanted to meet with me and discuss a possible listing of their Mililani Home.   We talked about my marketing plan, comparable properties in the Mililani Housing Market area for ‘attached’ homes and what I will do for them.
