I have been NOT known to have a ‘Green Thumb’.  All my orchids (except for ONE) has died. My husband grows the vegetables and we have had nice salads with our Manoa and Spring Lettuce as well as making our OWN chili pepper (variety of Thai, Super Chili, Hawaiian peppers) for Chili Pepper Water (for sprinkling on Kahlua Pork) or for drying out and having a MEAN hot seasoning.

HAP (Homeowner Assistance Program) for Military Members VS. SHORT SALE - 07/06/12 10:40 PM
I shared an information email to our Century 21 Liberty Homes agents this morning and decided to share here as well. Too often there is not enough information out there for our Military Members who bought before July 01, 2006 who could qualify for the HAP program....READ ON!
I thought this would benefit many of our past/present clients who are military members and under water on their homes.
I currently have a client who bought her Mililani Home in early 2006 and we are currently going through a HAP sale and getting ready to close.

There's always someone who believes that others get 'titles', features and so forth by the people they know. There will always be some who think that they're getting the raw end of the deal. Instead of asking...they assume and pass along rumors within a community.
