google: Who Google's Our Name? - 04/12/11 12:47 PM
Does the Consumer Google Our Name? Heck, yeah! I read a comment where someone did not believe that anyone would Google another person's name. Remember, folks. Mentioning another's name (with ill intent) is not a good way to get your own good publicity) It only shows who YOU are. Focusing on another mirrors something we wish we had ....or had not.
Every so often there will be a seller who will search for my name ...to find out how much I'm on the internet to market their home. They search to find out if there are good reviews about "Sally" (38 comments)
google: Responding to Real Estate Email Leads - Do You Google First? - 02/15/11 02:23 PM
Contact me through my contact form and you will get a quick response provided you are in a time zone while I am awake. The majority of my blog readers or website contacts come from those that will be relocating to Hawaii. The first contact is an email. Mind you, this is the first email I've ever received from someone and they want to put in not one offer...but two. WOW (20 comments)

When I got his call to relist the property he explained how he "found" me again. He said he Googled my name and lo and behold I was ALL OVER THE PLACE on the internet. Our search tags, keywords and titles get us leads, contacts and a lot of the time closed transactions. But after they 'find' all these great articles and posts we write they DO a search for that agent so (28 comments)
google: BING and Me and ActiveRain - 06/12/09 05:39 PM
I kept hearing about Microsoft launching a new search engine called BING. Google has always been the search engine of my choice and I often check other search engines to see how well my placement is. Well, my husband and I were talking about it last night when I accidentally typed in the top search bar for something and up came "BING". I was actually searching keywords for my website as I had made a big goof and had to go back to the backup from a week ago and redo some stuff. Anyway, while typing in one of my keywords (77 comments)
