internet empowered consumer: If You Don’t Answer Your Phone and Listen..... They Call ME! - 06/12/11 12:29 AM

The first tip to gaining a client is to ANSWER your PHONE! How many times do they contact me and say the reason they decided to go with me was because I answered my phone and responded right away to a text or email. Goodness, it isn't rocket science to know that communication is the key to having a great business relationship!

We market ourselves throughout the internet, in daily newspapers and brochures....even maps to hand out to potential Hawaii Home Buyers and Sellers. We spend money and lots of time to tell the consumer what kinds of services we offer and what we will do for them. They call.
We then have a face to face meeting with these contacts we've made.
Over the years I've asked each potential home seller or buyer what they expect from me. What do you think their top priorities are?

I'm sure you've all seen the commercials for soon to be released Windows 7 and then later on Vista will be just a distant memory. In the Windows 7 commercial the little girl is just as HAPPY as can be with Windows 7. Don't you just want to run out and buy the darn thing when it's a cute, cool or snazzy commercial? And if this little girl can do all kinds of cool stuff...then so do I!
