There were 6 properties sold in June 2009 compared to 10 for July 2009. A little bit of a hike in sales numbers. Waikele Home Sales Prices for June 2009 ranged from $310,000 (2 bedroom townhouse) to $420,00 (2 bdrm luxury townhouses w/ over 1200 sq/ft). In July of 2009 the Waikele townhouse sales prices ranged from $275,000 to $385,000. The following chart shows the current activity from July to present.

Our market is stabilizing and we do believe we just may have bottomed out. In the Honolulu Real Estate | Market Report for June 2009 our sales numbers for single family homes showed an increase from 225 in May to 254 in June. For those of you that haven't crossed paths with Linda Bourgault on ActiveRain let me introduce you. Her husband was Bruce Bourgault who was a great loan officer here on Oahu (Honolulu County) He'd come into our office frequently but we all didn't really get to know him until he started blogging on ActiveRain. Linda took care of him after his operations and treatments and during his last weeks. He did not recover and he passed away in October 25, 2007. Linda wrote: 10.25.2007 Our Most Momentous Day! Tips and Tricks just never end! I'd been a member of Windows Live for a few years and never got into the 'social' side of it. Well, about a week ago I played around and what do you know. I imported all my friends from Facebook and connected with many of them. Then I entered my link for my ActiveRain Outside Blog so that everytime I wrote a post and saved it to my ActiveRain Outside Blog it would create a link on my Windows Live (just like Twitter) and give updates. Ah... Hawaii Open Houses: THE Sunday Event! This past Sunday I held an Open House for one of Randy Prothero's listings in Mililani. A 5 bdrm/2.5 bath single family home priced at $660,000, and this home has 2683 sq/ft with a little over 7860 sq. ft land.
