2.97 Thirty year fixed rate - 06/21/07 11:59 PM
Today my client was quoted a 2.97 thirty year fixed interest rate believe it or not it is true. A few months ago NACA had a homebuyers workshop. Naca is a company through Bank of America that helps people with Low to moderate income afford a home. It is not credit score based. There are NO Closing Cost. Now DownPayments. and No MI. They consider themselves to be the Best Mortgage and so far I would have to agree. He is paying 15500 to get this rate but still that is awesome. We decide to take the kids to Universal this year for vacation... The only thing is when you tell kids Universal is where we are going for vacation that is all they remember. They totally forget that you said sales are down or that this year I haven't made the money I made last year. I really need a VERY cheap but nice hotel somewhere 4 hours north of Kiss.Fl? Thank you so much active rain for helping me... Just the other day I received a call from The Leader which is a MS Real Estate Mag. that comes out quaterly. The lady stated that she had found my blogs on active rain and was really impressed with my blogs that I posted on the internet through activerain. Here lately I have been keeping up with trends in the Jackson area. The days on the market has really change in recent months. The market has slowed down tremendously from last year but the afforadable market is still moving on. Last month the number of homes over three hundred thousand stay on the market an average of 257 days. The homes under 175000 only averaged 59 days. Thats a figure that is believed to be accurate. I've been preparing the sellers when I list their homes that this summer appears to be a buyers market and the only way to get rid of the homes is catering to buyer and their needs. So far it is working. The first thing that catches the buyers attention is the fact that in the Realtor comments it states " Seller willing to pay all closing cost with acceptable offer.
