A Home for sale MUST be perfect today... this is why - 09/25/07 01:52 PM
I'm on day 4 of showings with a young couple. We've seen about 15 houses... many of which had one or two critical flaws. One house, which was PERFECT for them, has some concering cracks in the foundation. An offer, of course, is subject to an inspection which would clear the buyer of an (8 comments)
A PERFECT reason to dissuade sellers from using discount entry-only brokers - 09/25/07 01:37 PM
I'll make this one quick. I've never been a big fan of the discount entry-only brokers out there who charge a flat fee and essentially undercut the industry. Nevertheless, I show the houses if the client wants to see them. NOW... here is why a seller SHOULDN'T use a flat fee entry (10 comments)

We have many squeamish buyers who are stepping away from deposit money and breaking contract. In Connecticut, (2 comments)
To Virtual Tour.. or not to Virtual Tour? What do you think? - 09/06/07 12:49 PM
