Many out there are probably wondering why so many deals are falling apart. Why are Under Contract and Sold signs going up and then coming back down?Well, there are two causes of this right now. I've been tossing the idea of including virtual tours with all my listings. I used to use a company called Realtourvision here in Connecticut, which I was happy with, but not thrilled. I wasn't too keen on seeing a 360 degree spin which included mostly ceiling and was fisheyed in perspective. (5 comments)

I just read an incredible article about a loan officer and branch manager who was a part of both Countrywide and American Home Mortgage.
