I am so excited (knocking on wood!) to say I have been very busy lately. It has been a really productive two weeks. I am so fortunate that my sellers are truly working hard to put their homes in showing condition and my buyers have all been extremely realistic. I promise..It's True!
Before I go too much further in the explanation of my recent fairytale few days...let me just share one thing that slapped me right across the face and bolted me into the world of "huh?"

Yall some things are just down right funny. In Beaufort, we truly love our horse and carriage tours. We love our horses. We love our donuts too......I guess it is safe to say our horses love donuts..he ran a good 2 miles from his downtown post:)

An Oil Change, A Brake Job, and An Ice Cream Sundae - 03/12/08 09:59 PM
Okay folks....its run around town Wednesday for me. I have been so busy (thank goodness) that my everyday errands have gone a bit unnoticed. You know...that oil change light comes on and haunts you like a demon in the night....then of course you realize that it is YOU squeaking at the traffic lights...Yep, that is how I began my day.
So the oil change (thanks to the great Zippy Lube guys) was quite painless. However, the wonderful people at Tire Kingdom informed me it "may take a while" for my brake pads to be replaced.

Two years ago I was blessed with so many sellers who thought I hung the moon. They loved me, referred all their friends and family, and even sent me Christmas gifts!
I am still fortunate...my sellers still love me but our lengthy conversations are a bit different than years past.
We spend hours on end sprucing up the house, decluttering, staging, and of course landscaping....then there is the amount of time I spend at home studying, creating new marketing campaigns, networking and fine tuning our strategy.
