Working with great buyers is already a favorite past time for Realtors; working with great buyers who have a sense of humor is the holy grail.
It has been an exceptionally long week. Not a bad week; however, one of those weeks that seems to just never end. My Monday morning clients turned into Tuesday evening, my Tuesday evening clients turned in to Thursday morning, and my Thursday morning clients turned in to .....well...(in order to maintain my professionalism, I refrain from the perfect phrasing that is currently attempting dive off my tongue into the pool of "wish I hadn't said that") … (6 comments)

There is no substitute for the ability to get back up after a fall. Equally as important is the ability to fall down with some amount of dignity. I have mastered the first, not the latter.
My job has placed me in the unusual world of men. I work, fight fairly, debate constantly, advise fashionably, and discuss football with most of them. It is a strange world, one in which I am growing strangely accustomed too.

After reading through many of this week's blogs I was left with two choices. I could walk out to the dock tie an anchor around my neck and go for a bit of a one way swim, or I could share my side of the real estate story. The water is still a bit cold, so for now I will settle for sharing my side. 
Many of this weeks posts were beyond depressing. I even read one that encouraged people to "walk away from their mortgage".
