I have always enjoyed Facebook. My family lives states away, I have friends all over the world, and there just isn't enough text messages and/or minutes in the day to possibly connect with everyone. Inventory level is certainly one reason it is clearly a buyers market. Buyers are enjoying their time to be picky, like it or not. After years of sellers having all the say, buyers are exercising their power to dictate exactly how long a property will remain on the market. It isn't simply a "market reaction", it is a buyer's reaction.
If you are a statistical guru, forgive my simplicity, but it seems blatantly clear to me that it is more about the buyer than the daily stock report. Buyers need homes, regardless of what CNN decides to say on Tuesday.

I am torn. For a while, I was posting at least once a day, sometimes more. My Facebook account was spit-shined with updated pictures and snappy quotes. It isn't that I wasn't producing, but I must admit once I stuck my head back in the real world (aka had actual not virtual conversations, visited instead of tweeted, talked instead of text, and actually hand wrote a few thank you notes) my business certainly did not suffer.

Typically my clients are men. Marines, especailly drill instructors, don't usually ask me about the best place for a facial, who does the best hair cut, and/or how to find the most comfy place for a mani/pedi.
How could I have been so incredibly inconsiderate to my fabulously female clients who have recently relocated to Beautiful Beaufort. Their toes are just as important!
