Guzzling my third cup of coffee, I am preparing for a very busy day. I will be showing property to a young Marine. We have been speaking via email for a while now so I feel pretty confident I know what to expect.
What I didn't expect was him to call me and say;
"Is it ok, if two of my friends come, they really need a good Realtor. They need to purchase a home too."

Once again, I am fortunate enough to help one of America's finest, find a home. She is beautiful, in immaculate physical condition, soft spoken, brilliant, and well..she could kill me with her hands.

What type of Realtor are you? Do you march to the beat of a different drum or do you sashay along with the crowd. Maybe you are brand new and aren't quite sure exactly. Possibly you have been around so long you forgot?
Perusing websites, real estate ads, signs, and business cards, it is quickly evident that Realtors a professional whole, are running low on one of two things.

I have that glow, the silly grin, the tussled hair. I had a night full of absolute bliss with Marines. For the first time in a complete week, I slept like a baby.
An incredible honor and amazing opportunity was bestowed upon me last week. I was asked to teach a monthly class on real estate to Marine Corp Drill Instructors.
The reason behind the request was simple. These gentlemen spend hours upon hours building Marines; however, building wealth, and home equity is a growing concern.

I am so proud! Not just of my beautiful little town, but of one of my very first clients.
Many years ago, I met a wonderful couple, Jenny and J.W Rone. I was fairly new in the Real Estate community but they chose me.
