Though Cherise Selley, Inc. essentially operated as a small brokerage, with much success, over twelve years or so under the umbrella of Heritage Realty, the real test about mixing our own antidotes with the practical operations of what it means to own a small brokerage were put to test in the summer of 2009.

This is a recruiting blog for one, or possibly two Colorado Springs Realtors, whose instincts are screaming that they need to make a change in the way they do the Colorado Springs Real Estate business. It’s easy to hold on to the “wait and see” approach when your real estate sales are unproductive. Only if the market improves, I’ll be okay. In our discussions with our Colorado Springs CO Realtors during an in-house office meeting today, we briefly touched on defining our Real Estate Group (Tribal), as well as our Vision for 2011. We had flavorful conversations about the progression from the “old school” real estate business models to the “slimmed down” brokerage we operate in Colorado Springs. Each Colorado Springs Realtor contributed valuably to the group.
