Austin DowntownAlmost every day when I run into someone that knows me as a Real Estate Broker in Austin, the same questions come up. How is the market doing and do you think now is a good time to sell a home? My answer is always the same. Austin is still strong and even though our home sales are down from the previous record breaking years, our average prices are not really falling.
