The first question that always comes up when I talk to first time home buyers: I want to look at foreclosure homes. I want the best deal. I can understand where you are coming from because there are some good deals on foreclosure homes. However there are many diferent types of costs associated with foreclosure homes. And two of the biggest concerns: No Disclosures with a Foreclosed House and Hidden Damage in a Foreclosed House. To talk about the process and have some of your questions answered contact me.

We then lead into the second question: The process of buying a home. The basic steps are as follows. Talk to a Realtor in your area. Talk to a lender to determine the best type of loan for your situation. Start looking. There is a process to purchase a home which your Realtor will help you through.
