home buyer process: First time home buyer questions ranging from the process to tax credit to bank foreclosures. - 01/29/09 10:05 AM

The first question that always comes up when I talk to first time home buyers: I want to look at foreclosure homes. I want the best deal. I can understand where you are coming from because there are some good deals on foreclosure homes. However there are many diferent types of costs associated with foreclosure homes.
