zillow: Zillow's Blog Directory - 04/24/08 09:40 PM
Did you know Zillow has a directory of local real estate blogs? You can find it here http://www.zillow.com/wikipages/Directory-of-Real-Estate-Blogs I was surprised to see so few Active Rain members. I figured either members A. Don't know the directory is thereB. Aren't familiar with the Wiki format orC. Don't like ZillowI'll deal with A and B here. For C, you're on your own. If that client went to a site such as HouseValues.com, they would be required to fill out a personal contact form, they would then be sold as a "lead" to a member agent, and that "local" agent would start bombarding them with emails and phone calls (I think HouseValues calls it a "Drip campaign") The Zillow model is obviously better

Caution: CAT BLOG AHEAD
Including random thoughts on life, art, business, stuff, and occasionally Real Estate.
According to Seth Godin: "Cat blogs are for, by, and about the person blogging. A cat blog is about your cat and your dating travails and your boss and whatever else you feel like sharing in your public diary."
Well, I am the boss, my dating years are behind me, but I do love my cats.
Enjoy!
