AR Suggestion... Add More Text Options for Blog Posts - 09/30/08 05:05 PM
I think that it would be great if AR could make more text options, such as font sizes and font colors, available to us when writing Blog Posts in the WYSIWYG format. I think that our posts would be a lot more appealing to the eye and the text sizes would allow us to emphasize important details.

I'm very excite to have made it to my 100th Active Rain Post! I started out playing it very safe, posting mostly informational posts about the Charlotte and Concord North Carolina area. Then as I became more confident as a blogger, I started sharing real estate knowledge gained from my more interesting real estate transactions. I have also posted my listings along the way. Recently I started posting blogs that have been getting high Google rankings for key words that buyers and sellers may be using. These blogs have resulted in several contacts from buyers and sellers AND have led 3 listings so far!

I FINALLY REACHED THE 30,000 POINT
It may have taken me almost 1 1/2 years to do it, but I have finally earned 30,000 POINTS on Active Rain! During the process of earning these points, I've learned A LOT from others, laughed, almost cried, shared my thoughts and opinions on many different subjects, drank some Google Juice, and hopefully grown as a professional. Mortgage Rates Fall...How Long Will it Last? - 09/12/08 05:00 PM
After the announcement earlier this week that the US Government would bailout of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, the national average for a 30-year fixed rate mortgage fell to below 6%!
With rates falling, hopefully more buyers will come into the market. I think this will give the housing industry a much needed shot in the arm.
Do you think it will last very long or is this just a temporary knee jerk reaction to the government bailout of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae?

Recently I was searching for lease/option to purchase properties in Concord NC for a client, when I came across a great lease/purchase deal being offered on BRAND NEW homes by a builder in the area. This program is for Buyers who have credit issues or can't get a mortgage for another reason right now, but can qualify for a mortgage and close within 6 months.
