As most of you probably know, lenders USUALLY reduce the Realtor commission in their Short Sale Acceptance Letter or require the listing agent to reduce the total commission on the Preliminary HUD.  They don't care what your listing agreement says.  Well, this MAY be changing... CHECK IT OUT!

My Dad sent this list of "The World's Most Amazing Holes" to me, the original source is unknown.  Some of the pictures are so amazing that it's hard to believe that they are actually real, especially since the last hole on the list turns this into a political joke.  What do you think?

Cubs or Pork Chops? - 03/07/09 08:34 PM

My dad sent me an email with these amazing pictures and I just had to share them with you all!  Here's the story...
Back in 2004 a mother tiger prematurely gave birth to a rare of triplet tiger cubs in a California zoo and unfortunately, the cubs died shortly after birth.
After recovering from delivery the mother tiger started to decline in health, althought physically she was fine.  The vets felt that the tigress was suffering from depression, caused by the loss of her cubs, and felt that her health would improve if she could surrogate another mother's cubs.The vets checked with zoos … (8 comments)

My Loving Cocker Spaniel Coco - A Memorial - 03/01/09 12:34 PM

My beautiful and loving Cocker Spaniel, Coco, passed away at 2:30 am on December 1, 2008 as a result of Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC) disease.  She was 9 years and 9 months old. 
Coco was like a child to me.  My husband Randy and I both have 2 daughters from previous marriages... but Coco was our little girl and she was spoiled rotten!  We got Coco shortly before we got married and she was an important part of our family ever since.
