I recently read an article in the RE/MAX Times (a publication for RE/MAX Agents) regarding The U.S. Treasury Department, who recently unveiled a plan designed to streamline and encourage short sales. Under provisions of the newly created "Foreclosure Alternatives Program," the process will soon include standardized documentation, cash incentives to lenders and moving allowances for homeowners. VS I've been a Remax real estate agent for several years now, currently with RE/MAX Gold in Concord North Carolina, and I definitely wouldn't want to be anywhere else besides RE/MAX. However, I'm not very happy with the recent change from Reliance Network & RIMS websites to Leadstreet & eNeighborhoods websites. RE/MAX of the Carolinas and RE/MAX of Florida had a different system for managing Remax leads until earlier this month, it was called RIMS (RE/MAX Internet Marketing Stategy) and was serviced by Reliance Networks.
