I was watching the morning CBS news over the weekend and noticed a little blurb about how internet technology is going to hit consumers by way of CELL PHONE for searching homes for purchase.  This intrigued me, so I stopped to watch and see for myself.
The business is called Smarter Agent http://smarteragent.com  The deal is simply this:
