There comes a time when a working mom has to sit back and take a good hard look at her values for herself professionally, personally and for her family.  This week has become my moment. It's a hard earned moment, one that one comes during times when change occurs. This is a period of likely change for me and for my family and I announce officially today that, "I will not make the meatballs any longer!"

I'm studying to earn a master's degree in Organizational Development and Management right now. As I reach my last year (of the 2 year requirement), I begin to shift my focus onto developing a practicum learning project. Mine will have something to do with age diversity in the workplace (coworkers, managers and consumers included).
