Praise the Lord Everybody!!!!

I just wanted to share my "Good News" with everyone (and we all know there's none good but God).

Well, I have just united with a sister whom I have never met and only spoken to once about 15 years ago. We share the same father but she was raised in Alabama and I in California. When we were in our teenage years I tried reaching her several times and finally made contact with her once, and until now I'd never spoken to her since. But praise God, the Lord worked it out and is restoring what was stripped of us years ago. We are now planning to physically meet one another along with another sister we have.

I'm so grateful to God for this tremendous Blessing He has given us.

Hire a stager or "do it myself"?

Ok all......

I got really good advice from the last blog on "To Stag or Not to Stag".
I do believe the "To" stagers won.
Now the next million dollar question is "Do I hire a stager or do it myself". I really "think" I have the ability to do some of the light staging that I was advised would be helpful for my listings. I'm positive the major staging should be left to the pros. Can I challenge anyone to attempt to tutor me on this subject....Or better yet, if you're in my area give me a call... I have a couple of job$ for YOU.

To Stage or Not to Stage?

There are several opinions on when a home needs to be staged and when it doesn't. Some say "stage" when the home is vacant, while others say staging a vacant home will take away from the potential buyers ability to envision their own belongs in the home.

What say you, the "Home Staging Experts"?

I'm just a Realtor with sooo many listings they're coming out the Wazoo (whatever that means) and I need to get them SOLD!!!!!!

"The Secret" Is it really a secret after all?

Is the "Secret" really a secret after all or is this what we've already been taught from Biblical principals.

It seems that some have forgotten (or maybe rejected) that fact that we've already been given the authority and dominion to call those things that aren't as though they were. To think on the things that are lovely, honest, just, pure and of a good report. That life and death is in the power of the tongue and we shall have whatsoever we say if we have faith the size of a mustard seed. If we pray and believe and not doubt we have the power to change our situations and to speak them into or out of existence.

Not only is this written throughout the Scriptures but there are powerful people of God preaching this very message and have been doing so for very long time. Listen to Bishop T.D. Jakes, Rev. Kenneth Copeland, Pastor Joel Olsteen, Dr. Bill Winston, Dr. Mike Murdock, Bishop Darryl Winston, Pastor Joyce Myers, Rev. Fred Price, Pastor Cleffo Dollar just to name a few.

What is a "Secret" to some seems to be a "Way a Living" for those of God's Kindom.

At least that's my opinion.

Save Big On Fuel Cost?????

Has anyone out there heard about MPG-CAPS?
I met a lady who says she's been putting these capsules in her gas tank for the past year and has save hundreds on gas.
Apparently these capsules are some sort of engine treament that increases the mileage your car gets and well as the life of spark plugs, valves and glow plugs.
She gave me a pamphlet that tells all these wonderful things about these capsules and your supposed to put them in the tank when you to fill up.
Anyone with any knowledge about this PLEASE let me know.
