 Well it's an Outstanding day in Life today! And in the North Orange County area last month there were 2,141 homes for sale, with 345 of those being sold, and another 248 pending. The average days on te market were approx. 79 days, with average list prices being at $687,000, while the sold average sales prices were $521,000. That puts us at about a 6.2 month inventory of homes, which shows the the inventory is going down in North Orange County! The average price per square feet has gone from $356 back in 7/7/08 to $277 in Sept of 08.
