Excellent communication in any business is key but in the world or real estate, its KING! Whether you're an agent, title officer, mortgage broker or a painter working on a first time home buyer's home, we are dealing with people's emotions! Whether purchasing a home or selling a mortgage note, it is an emotional transaction for most and the way to alleviate some of that "anxiety" is to have EXCELLENT communication skills? Why?
