Tennis was the reason I chose Pelican Bay out of all the luxury neighborhoods in Naples, FL. There are 18 HarTru (clay) tennis courts. Eight tennis courts at the North end of Pelican Bay and 10 tennis courts at The Commons in Pelican Bay near the South end of Pelican Bay.
There is no charge for members to play. It is included in the annual Foundation assessment. Court times are handled through the Chelsea reservation system. Any of the tennis courts can be reserved either by phone or on line.

The Year-Rounder Club is a monthly gathering of full-time Pelican Bay residents (it could be at The Glenview, a local bank, our Pelican Bay beach, the Club at Pelican Bay, etc.) organized by the Pelican Bay Homeowner’s Association, with the purpose to connect with friends and neighbors during the summer.
The Year Rounder’s party usually serves as a fundraiser for local charities.
There’s music and dancing, Hors d’oeuvres, dinner, coffee and even dessert.
Reservations are due in advance of attendance and checks are mailed to the Pelican Bay Property Owner Association (PBPOA).
